This page will show you how to configure Microsoft
Internet Explorer version 5.0 or greater for use with the CCIS proxy cache
server.

With Microsoft Internet Explorer running, click on....

Tools | Internet Optons.

Select the "Connections" tab.

Highlight "CCIS" (or the name you are using for your dialup connection)
in the dial-up settings box

Click the "Settings" button.

Check "Use Proxy Server".

Enter "proxy.ccis.com" in the address window

Enter "3128" in the port window

Select the OK box.

Select the OK box.
-
Enjoy the new speed :)
